Shipping

Every original deserves to arrive safely. Here is how that happens.

The process

From studio to your wall.

Order confirmed

Once your order is placed via the order form, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 1–2 business days. We’ll confirm the piece, discuss any details, and agree on shipping.

Carefully packed

Every painting is packed with professional care — protected, reinforced, and sealed so it survives the journey. The certificate, personal letter, and nail are included in the package.

Shipped worldwide

Your work ships via tracked courier. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves the studio. From that point, it’s on its way to its new home.

Times are estimates from dispatch. Larger works (CHAPTERS, JOURNEYS) may require additional preparation time due to size and packaging requirements. You will always be informed before dispatch.

Packaging

Protected as if it were our own.

Smaller works (MOMENTS through VISIONS) are packed flat with protective layers and rigid backing. Larger works (REALMS through JOURNEYS) are packed in reinforced custom boxes built to absorb impact. Every package is sealed, labelled as fragile, and handled with care from studio to courier.

Inside every package: the original artwork, a certificate of authenticity, a personal letter from the artist, and a nail for hanging. VISIONS and above also include the bonus canvas palette gift.

Shipping costs & customs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and artwork size, and confirmed with you before dispatch. There are no surprises — you approve the shipping cost before the package leaves the studio.

For international shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions about your specific destination, please get in touch before ordering.
