How it works

Order confirmed
You place your order or commission via the Order page. You receive a personal confirmation from ANŽO within 1–2 business days.

Carefully packed
Every painting is individually wrapped in protective materials and packed in a rigid box depending on size.
It leaves the studio ready for the journey.

Delivered to you
You receive a tracking number and the work arrives at your door;
with its certificate, letter, and nail.
Destinations
Worldwide shipping available.
All shipments are sent via tracked courier. A tracking number is provided once the work leaves the studio.
Shipping costs are calculated and confirmed at time of order. For larger works (CHAPTERS and JOURNEYS), a custom shipping quote will be provided.
Packaging
Packed like the original it is.
Smaller works (MOMENTS through VISIONS) are wrapped in acid-free tissue, protected with foam or cardboard backing, and shipped flat in a rigid mailer. Larger works (REALMS, CHAPTERS, JOURNEYS) are wrapped and shipped in a box, or crated for the largest pieces.
Every package includes the painting’s certificate of authenticity, a personal letter from ANŽO, and a nail for hanging. Nothing is missing when it arrives.
Customs & import
All works ship from Vienna, Austria (EU). For destinations outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. BLUEVERZE declares all works honestly and accurately on customs documentation. If you have questions about import regulations in your country, please get in touch before ordering.
